I worked on security automation and governance in an environment with 150+ applications, connecting information and teams to support the follow-up of findings.

01 / The context
A shared view across applications and teams.
Security management covered a broad set of applications in Latin America. Part of the work was organising findings and making their follow-up more useful for technical owners and leadership.
I developed automations and integrations connecting ServiceNow, SharePoint and Microsoft Graph, reducing reliance on manual spreadsheet controls.
02 / Rollout
Bring the global pipeline into the operational context.
During the migration to Azure DevOps, I contributed to the rollout, documentation and governance of the security pipeline, in collaboration with the global team.
The India team owned the pipeline structure and specialised testing. My contribution involved adopting this structure within the operation, coordinating with specialists and following up on applications.
03 / The contribution
Connect responsibilities as well as systems.
The work combined technical integrations with consolidating information for different audiences. Recording a finding was only one part; it needed to be understood and followed up by people able to act on it.
The team worked in a Latin American environment of 150+ applications. My contribution focused on automation, integration and governance, alongside the specialists responsible for the global structure.
