Alongside building solutions, I help other people use AI in their everyday work. I have trained 100+ professionals in applied AI tools and practices.
What do people need beyond access to use AI in their work?
01 / The work
The conditions to experiment and learn.
The work involves tools such as ChatGPT and Claude Code, alongside the conditions needed to use them: setup, licences and safe usage practices.
My role includes training and supporting a three-person team, with attention to delivery quality and technical development.
02 / Communication
Connect the tool to specific applications.
I also share updates with directors about applications of these tools. The conversation needs to move from the technology's name to the activities it can support.
This connects with implementation work: questions about tools and working practices arise alongside requirements, documentation, development and testing.
03 / The reach
Training is one part of adoption.
Training reached 100+ professionals. The work also involves supporting the tools and environment, and helping the team develop its technical skills.
What interests me is what happens after the first introduction: whether people have access, understand the constraints and can apply what they have learned to their work.
